Not impressed with the front desk working process. First appointment was told that if i fill out the paperwork online will save time at the office, got the email without any paperwork. Show up at the appointment, waited for 10 minutes because she busy to schedule the prior client. The paper work is so thick, took 10 minutes to fill it out and they put 2 clients in front of us. 30 minutes after appointment time, we finally met Dr Rudack.
