Meritas Health is a joke. Worst customer service/patient bedside manner. My son is a patient at Meritas Health Pediatrics, but he won't be for long. I was told I needed to be 30 minutes early to my son's appointment or the doctor will refuse to see you. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby area then another 45 minutes waiting to be seen by the doctor.
