I am beyond thrilled with NKC AutoGlass & RV Glass! I first tried to have Safelite replace it but they stood me up not one but twice! Therefore, I looked up local shops and called them and he immediately answered the phone and set a time to come replace my rear windshield (it had been bashed by a branch falling out of the tree.). He would always text me back right away and was prompt to come and fix the problem. It was also way cheaper than my insurance deductible! Would highly recommend and would happily use them again!!!
Very quick and careful install!!! Great communication throughout and able to schedule soon after calling for a quote. Better quote than other places gave also!!!
The best service I could have asked for! Ray was very responsive, quick, thorough, and kind. I called to schedule Saturday and they got me in 3 days later. Came to me and even snaked my sunroof that was causing leaking. Between the price and quality, NKC Auto Glass is by far the best in Kansas City!
They arrived quickly and had the job done fast at a significaly lower price than the big name national company. I highly recommend them!
Would definitely not recommend! Called Wednesday to set an appointment up for Saturday repair. Texted my details & before we hung up the guy said okay Saturday at 10am. Saturday comes & Its 10:15 I said okay maybe running behind but didn’t hear from them at all, so I called. No answer. I moved my schedule around to get my windshield fixed. Very unprofessional no call no show & did not answer. Had to find a different company to fix my windshield instead. Would not recommend at all.
