A friend of mine asked me to meet her here today for pedicures. I turned around and left immediately because the place was filthy, hot, and smelly!!! I think the health department needs to pay them a visit!!! I ended up going to a nice, clean place on 39th- Loft Nail Spa- which was clean, they did an amazing job with my pedicure! I highly recommend them!

I was sooo extremely shocked how dirty inside this place was like they never clean and it’s been like that since they opened. Please clean this place!! I was traumatized how unsanitary this place was and had to leave immediately & surprise they even have customers when they obviously haven’t cleaned this place in years! I felt dirty staying in there and didn’t sit left right away I was honestly appalled.

The customer service is extremely poor. I came in and was told id only have to wait 5 minutes for a gel pedicure… I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. Granted I could’ve left but I drove over 40 minutes just to get here. They not once apologized for the inconvenience. I will never return. Nothing worse than not feeling valued as a customer. Especially your time. Never again.
