I wish I could give this place zero stars. I came here for an eyebrow service and left in tears. Not only did they completely ignore what I asked for and ruin my eyebrows (they are uneven, way too thin, and patchy), but the customer service was atrocious. When I tried to politely mention that it wasn't what I asked for, the staff became hostile and treated me horribly. I recently got my hair fried by Kimmy who usually does my nails I usually get my hair straightened by someone else but this time she decided to do it and I dont know what kind of chemical she sprayed in my hair it was a clear water bottle but it was not water, as she attempted to put the hot iron in my hair it fried and I had to cut my long hair to shoulder length at another salon to stop the breakage because it was falling out, when I asked her what she sprayed in my hair, she told me she did not spray anything after I lite... read more
