I absolutely loved Dan, he explained everything to me and followed up by communicating back to me when I had questions. He was super nice, kind and knowledgeable!
My experience with NK Development was excellent. They made the whole process so easy. Dan came to my house and gave me a detailed and transparent explanation of their process. Then Laura kept in communication with me and continued to guide me with paperwork and forms I needed to complete. Neil also kept in communication with me throughout the process. Closing was easy. Laura even took care of stopping all the utilities for me. Definitely would recommend!
