I wanted to go here based on a ticktock I saw and I asked , where is she located cause it’s not announced in her bio , she said modesto ? So I googled and it’s in ceres. Stanislaus county licensing should take a look look if she’s not open when she says she’s gonna be open , she can get fined by the county. Please make sure to call prior to arrival, we have driven a number of three times in a span of a week and a half and they have been closed every time. Please note, the days we have gone have not landed on a holiday. Very frustrating! If anyone knows of another location in the area that sells good quality balloons, please let me know.
Our community is so lucky to have a local small business with high quality balloons. Top tier service and products. I highly recommend.
Came here for the first time during business hours and they are closed I back again 20 minutes later and it’s still closed, so I wait in the parking lot to see if they would open soon and they never did. Horrible experience
