they can’t do a simple oil change without causing leaks. 3 times in a row. to be fair the service was cheap so I have low expectations. either way not returning for more serious repairs
I took my 2017 Ford Explorer in for a water pump repair. A 10 to 12 hour job. ZipIn did it in a day. They were nice, courteous, professional and very friendly. My new, go to repair shop. P.S. I received 2 previous quotes, ZipIn gave me the best one. Their service is impeccable. A no nonsense get it done repair shop. Thank you ZipIn, you WILL be seeing me again when I need you. THANKS!!! ☺ MARCELUS- I had to take me vehicle back for an a/c repair. I can't find anything negative to say about this shop. THANK YOU ZIPIN. A+++

I find out that this place has lost a contract with a amazing program due to inappropriate behavior involving mechanic, through the program about two years ago I was sent to have my vehicle checked out and was told to leave it and i would get a call in a hour to go over what they were gonna do. After a hour I showed up and they were working on my car , why I went in for simple Maintenance check up and they never called to tell me anything, what they did was took advantage of the program who paid for the service, and took the... read more
