Get there 15 minutes early for a 12:45 appointment. At 1:15 I asked what's going on and they told me oh the doctor was late today so everything got pushed back. I asked why I didn't get a phone call to tell me things were going to be pushed back an hour and they just shrugged their shoulders. I walked out, it's obnoxious, no respect for my time.
