Staff is friendly.Doctors are knowledgeble and solved my issue promptly. I highly recommend them!
I am a physician and I am not a big fan of complaining about other practices but at the same time it would be a shame if this practice doesn't fix the attitude of their staff. I established my mom at NJRetina Monroe, we were on time for our first appointment and still had to wait over 1 hour to be seen. The physician was great (and overbooked as expected) but I am extremely unhappy with the behavior of the front desk staff.
