I had the worst experience at NJRetina in Monroe. We spent over 2 hours there, with more than 1.5 hours just sitting and waiting for the doctor. During this time, we could hear the doctor and assistant chatting in the back instead of attending to patients. My son had to literally knock and ask someone to come — only then did the doctor finally show up.
