While I love my retina physician, Dr. Mantopolis, the office staff did not return my phone call for a week regarding how to schedule a Valeda treatment series for AMD. I had to call, again, to receive information that the program is not available to patients at this time from a different office staff member.

Waited two and a half hours to be seen for 10 minutes only to feel dismissed, rushed, and treated as if I was making up my symptoms. Was told to try and ignore the massive floaters impeding my vision. No treatment even suggested. Never asked about the distorted vision, blurred vision, any medications, general health even with a family history of blindness and macular degeneration. Total waste of time. Do not recommend.

I had a 9:30 appointment, but they didn’t call me in for the initial check until 10:40. I didn’t actually see the doctor until 12:10 and was done by 12:30. Three hours total—this is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand why they overbook appointments like this and leave patients so frustrated. I do not recommend this place.

Go here! They are amazing! I was sooooo scared when I had to have surgery. Dr M did a great job and was so reassuring and explained everything to me. The staff there at this office is so sweet and helpful!!
