I had a 3:00 PM appointment scheduled today, but the administrative management fell completely short. After waiting for nearly two full hours, I checked in with the staff only to be informed that there were still four patients ahead of me. I subsequently left as the wait could have easily been an additional hour+. While delays in a medical practice can happen, the total lack of communication from the office team is unacceptable. I've been going to NJ Retina for over 25 years, starting with Dr. Richard Seery and I see Dr. Ho. I've always been treated well and will stay with them as long as my insurance let's me.

My wife was suffering from hearing loss, however Dr Sultan very skillfully administered the new medication into her eye. It was not easy as she could not take direction to move her eye to the right. Still the dr was very careful and patient working through the problem to a successful conclusion. Dr Sultan is kind and sympathetic. I greatly appreciate that along with his skill and knowledge.
