From making an appointment with ease, to the friendliness of the staff, and the seamless attention from testing to speaking with the doctor, my visit to this office was exceptional. When speaking with Dr Feiner I get all my questions answered and I never feel rushed. I always have confidence that I'm getting the best and most reliable information about my condition. The experience is entirely 5-star.
Staff and Dr. Lenis were welcoming, efficient, and patient with answering our questions! The office also looks nice with spacious waiting rooms/areas.
Honestly one of the best offices. Tried to make an appointment at the Wayne off and whoever I spoke to was rude said she’d transfer me to the office, which I thought I was already on the phone with, and got hung up on. Tried calling a few times and no one answered. Then called the Ridgewood office and right away was helped. Stacey, I appreciate you being kind and assisting me right away! Everyone is super nice and on point.
