Doctors are really good but this group is running facilities like small grocery store - don't understand the patient's concerns other than office visits. technology wise - will give 0 rating when staff says office will do prior authorization on physical paper only when pharmacy companies are providing online. physical means - send fax and then delays. don't care about patients.
