Dr. Krawitz is an excellent doctor—clear in her explanations, gentle, thorough, and highly skilled. She absolutely knows what she is doing. I would give her 5+ stars. I left the Bridgewater location because of multiple incidents with the technicians in the back office. This decision had nothing to do with Dr. Krawitz, who is outstanding.
Friendly and efficient Perhaps a little more time could have been taken with explanation of condition, after all I AM not a retina specialist :) All in all a good experience.
I have been going to Dr. Eric Friedman for several years. He was always well organized tracking my status, confident, skilled and caring. I started eye injections and he was very skilled at it. Not an easy thing to master I'm sure. I also was quick to ask what medication he felt would be best and I was able to have it. The office is run well too and their billing department handled all the initial difficulties with my insurance.
