I called twice to cancel their plan annual services, & was given the run around treatment, instead of assisting on intial request. Supposedly, an email needs to be sent to the Cancellation Dept. in order for services to be cancelled. On the second call, i was notify services "supposedly" cancelled & without any type of confirmation email nor future cancellation of services letter; but just their word over the phone.
The technician that came out to fix the water heater was so friendly and was so nice and made me feel so relaxed to have him in my home. I’m so glad that we have a contract with NJR. They always come out within a timely manner. The gentleman‘s name was Steve Moran
Our tech was on time and diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. Resolved in 15. Excellent.
Technician was prompt, courteous and efficient. Explained what the problem was and fixed it.
