If I could put zero stars I would! The OWNER and yes I said owner Natasha is completely unprofessional and under qualified! Asked for something so simple yet I got NOTHING I asked for, she wasn’t attentive what so ever (whilst I have BLEACH in my hair!!!), she did what she thought would look good without consulting with me FIRST! She didn’t tell me until after she was DONE, and still expected me to pay upwards of 400$ ABSOLUTELY INSANE!( I was okay with paying that much, for what I WANTED.
