I guess if they don't like your review, they remove it. I tried for 6 weeks to get my surgery done at the Tulsa office. The administrative details are lacking. No return calls. No follow up. I/we had to contact them constantly asking for information and records. I finally left and in three days had an appt and scheduled surgery at Triad. wow! So good luck if you choose to stay with njoy.
Had LASIK in the BA office today. Staff was all friendly and inviting. Everything was prepared for my procedure. It was quick and slightly uncomfortable,but as soon as it was over I could already tell a vast improvement in my vision. Very professional operation and I would highly recommend them to others considering LASIK vision correction!
They must put something in the water at nJoy. Everyone was so nice and it nothing but a positive experience. I was a little anxious going in but they sure remedied that with their great attitudes and obvious compassion (not to mention the massage chair). Also, Dr. Chamberlain is an excellent surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again everyone at nJoy! (Got LASIK done yesterday afternoon and my results are already wonderful)
