I had an amazing experience with nJoy Vision and all of the incredible staff. My surgery was delayed twice! The first time the day before my date it had to be canceled. Through all of the challenges with the covid19 virus, they stayed on top of not only taking the extra precautions to keep everyone safe by checking temperature, everyone wearing masks, and keeping everything clean and sanitized; they also made sure to stay in good contact with me keeping me updated. When people ask me if I recommend the surgery I'm not sure that I can recommend this center after the experience I had. I had my ICL surgery on Decemeber 4th and I have been so thankful and impressed with the customer service of Dr. Holdsted, Brandi at the front desk, and of course Dr. Britton. All excellent and made me feel comfortable the entire time. However, the day of surgery I was very unimpressed with the customer service of my nurses and it ruined the whole experience for me.
