This practice is absolutely unacceptable in how they handle insurance and patient care. They advertise that they accept major insurances (including Cigna PPO), schedule patients, and then at the last minute cancel or blame their billing company, leaving patients scrambling for weeks to prove coverage or else pay cash. This is not a one-time issue—my family and I have both experienced the same problem, with hours wasted fighting with insurance just so the practice can get paid for services they already claim to cover.
