I will say it wasn’t all bad. The people were reasonable but my overall experience was awful. Inquired about a unique vehicle and lived over three hours away. Asked specific questions about the vehicle to avoid surprises after making the long drive. Once arriving quickly realized the vehicle was not what I was told. Asked specifically about any lights etc and was told it was mechanically sound. That couldn’t have been far from the truth. I bought my Honda from them. They gave me a fair price and good, friendly service. They were very honest in the breakdown of the cost and fees.I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Not sure this is a real business. Repeated effort to reach them were met with "We will get back to you soon". After several days of this, just gave up. Very poor customer service if in fact this is a real business.
What a wonderful experience me and my boyfriend had! We drove an hours way to this auto dealer and they gave us the BEST possible deal we could’ve gotten for a trade in within 100 miles of the Hudson Valley!! Mary & Zak were super friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a vehicle! We left very happy!
