First visit: rude front desk associate, then sat for over an hour waiting on the doctor, doctor very brusque and rushed. Follow up: nice front desk associate, but then sat for an hour, asked if they forgot about me, doctor never came, so I got a copay refund and left. I will find a more organized practice who doesn’t waste my time. Terrible experiences.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and patient care at Summit Medical Group MD (Dr. Njideka Udochi, MD). During my first visit in October 2025, I experienced significant delays. Despite having a 1:00 PM appointment, I wasn’t put in a room until 2:20 PM and didn’t even start bloodwork until after 3:00 PM. Dr. Udochi has been my dedicated PCP for over 40 years and is a loyal, caring, loving & God fearing woman. She has helped me through many trials and tribulations in my life over the years. I thank you Dr for keeping me healthy physically, mentally and spiritually. May God continue to bless you and your practice.
Dr. Udochi is the best Dr. ever. Take time to listen to your concerns. Orders any diagnostic test indicated, provides professional caring feedback. She has been my primary care physician since 2018. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Very caring & deeply concerned about her patients. Some people complain about the wait time, but rest assured when it is your turn, she provides you with the same individualized attention. She is definitely worth the wait and is highly recommended!
Dr. Udochi has been my doctor for many years. She is very, knowledgable, kind and caring. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease, so it is easy to talk with her, share your concerns and ask questions. She is never in a rush to see and leave you and just leave. She is very thorough and gives you the opportunity to ask questions.
