Don't like their system at all and the way things are run. Also my therapist decided to let me go basically cause she couldn't deal with my issues and dropped without any assistance on finding a new therapist. Lifestance itself it just run very poorly and not personal able at all. More company oriented
Great for therapy, terrible for psychiatry. My psychiatrist has treated me unfairly and even at one point laughed at me after I expressed my personal issues to her. Their billing team is a mess too, I was charged an anomalous amount for a visit and despite several attempts to reach out and inquire, I never received any response as to why. I was excited to find a new psychiatrist, confirmed while on the call that the doctor could work with my circumstances, and was excited to begin. I made an appointment and was waiting for the email about the paperwork. I didn't receive the paperwork. When I called back to get it, they told me they decided not to take my case, but couldn't be bothered to actually tell me.
