Do not go here. I had the worst experience with these doctors at the Women’s Wellness in Montvale…they didn’t bother looking at my ultrasound and then put me through absolute hell for something they then told me (after the procedure didn’t work, to spite one doctor insisting that they were gonna ‘make it work’) “probably wasn’t a good option anyway” considering my history…a history I had told her about on multiple visits. I’ve been going to this doctors office for 11 years and now is when I needed them the most and they have given me the hardest time trying to order an IUD. The office manager was so rude on the phone and told me I was wasting her time calling repeatedly trying to figure out whatever issue they caused between them and my insurance. Finally the IUD has arrived and they are making me come in 2 days in a row which is not standard practice. Once the IUD is inserted I’ll never go back.
Watch out for their billing practices! I received a bill for a copay 3 YEARS after the actual appointment. It was supposed to be a annual physical and I asked a couple of questions about some concerns and they charged the insurance for both the annual visit and regular office visit which resulted in having a copay. Very sneaky in my opinion.
