I know Katy very, very, well. We are related. Katy has never been involved in my parents care until she opened up this business and there was money to be made. My father has dementia and my mom has Alzheimer"s. Katy is charging my parents a handsome fee for her services which is promptly paid by her sister who manages my parents financials. Nj TLC Home Care has helped my family members on many occasions, each time presenting a high level of care and precision for my family’s needs and value for their health. Unfortunately after relocation we had to find a new service but none has compared since.
When I called to make arrangements to have them care for my mother's they seemed friendly and eager to help. I was supposed to receive a call within a few days with the confirmation I did not receive the call. I called back and the woman who answered the phone apologized and said she would call me back by 5:00 p.m. that day I received no call. After that whenever I tried to call no one would pick up the phone. Most likely they were ignoring my phone number.
I cannot speak highly enough of NJ TLC Home Cares. Their team is very professional and punctual and well as compassionate. I always felt at ease having them in my home, knowing my loved one was in capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate and reliable home care.
