I saw Dr. Jonathan Lee for wrist pain, who suggested a cortisone injection, with ultrasound assisted. He gave me a script for additional occupational therapy. I was warned that it may not be approved, being on Medicaid. I struggled with daily activities and have a family commitment. A different doctor did the injection. Although I had a reaction, swelled up and went up my thumb, it was a blessing in disguise. The therapy, done by a different person, an hour away, and injection helped. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism, respect, and support received from the nurse and their receptionist. The receptionist Caryn is forgetful, terribly rude, and has a horrible attitude. My issue started in August due to Dr. Lee not being in that day. That led to me seeing a nurse instead who also forgot to follow-up with me in regards to prescribing me medication and exercises. I would like to say everyone was very nice but Grace my nurse who took care of me once I got out of surgery was extremely professional but also extraordinary kind and I have had many surgeries and by far Grace deserves 10 stars can't say enough of how amazing she was and didn't make me feel like i was just a number she took care of me and made me feel so safe and taken care of. I wish everyone who was in the medical field was like her. She definitely is a caring person who does her job well!!
Dr. Jonathan Lee and his team are the best! From the front desk, to manager, to the doctors. Thank you for all that you do!! I highly recommend Dr. Bogdon and Dr. Jonathan Lee.
