Very bad customer service. I called to have someone come out to do a small repair. I asked a man named Mark and explained to him what I needed. He said he would have a technician call me back right away. No one called. About 2 hrs later, I called again and spoke to Mark. He didn't give me an explanation of why the tech didn't call. He said that he would come by tomorrow between 11:00 and 1:00. I waited till 12:50, then I called again.
