Horrible systems. Systems are a disaster and do not work. The people at this co let listings expire without a phone call leaving you on your own creating confusing messgaing to the MLS system and lots of make busy work. If you value your time, use another service. Don't believe the fake reviews I used them for years.
I utilized the Flat fee listing service provided by NJREB and the whole experience was very smooth. They provided ample information and were quick to communicate during the pre-sale phase of setting everything up on the MLS, and answered a few questions as needed. Explain and answer questions patiently and promptly. Great service and charge at very reason price to publish our house online. I will recommend them to friends.
Selling a house with high commission fee is very stressful. I am so grateful to list my house NJREB, they are very helpful and guiding you through the whole selling process. I will highly recommend anyone selling their own house through a online transaction broker and NJREB is the best.
I found NJREB very responsive even though they are a limited broker. If I had a question, needed something like a lockbox, it was there the same day. Since I had a bit of real estate knowledge I decided to forgo listing with a full service agent. Saved myself about $6k. I had many full serv realtors show my house and received several offers. I would highly reccommend NJREB
