Working with Vispi Daruwala and NJ Prime team was a terrific experience. This was my 3rd home purchase, and used their services all the time and got the lowest interest rate possible, but they are by far the best mortgage broker company I've head a pleasure to work with. Vispi was extremely responsive and patient, and he helped us secure an incredible rate and save on closing costs with an appraisal waiver.
