I bought a hot water heater through Home Depot and this is the 3rd party that they contract with for the installation. The 2 guys that came here were great. They explained everything and did a great job.
Nick was extremely helpful, he was easy to communicate with and cared about getting my shower fixed as quickly as possible, even though it was during the holiday week and a snow storm. I will definitely be using this company again for future plumbing needs.

Contracted through Lowe’s. They showed up in their hours window of 1-4pm. No issues taking away the old water heater and installing a new 40 gallon natural gas water heater. Total time here was maybe 80 minutes at most. Very professional. Just over $1900 after permit and drip pan. Very reasonable.
Set up an appointment to get a Sump Pump replaced by them through The Home Depot because ours had died and it was causing flooding in the basement. They yanked our chain for a week and then ghosted us. It would be best to not use this company if you want professionalism and to be treated like a human in exchange for your money instead of a commodity.
