Worse nail salon I have ever been to. Kristie was rushing to get to the next client, left me with my nails all bubbly, with irregular shape and looking bad. I asked her to redo a few of my nails and she told me to stop being picky because it was not so bad, instead of trying to leave my nails good. I pointed out to her that she had an unhappy client and she said “oh, that’s ok”. Very unprofessional. Don’t go!

I had a terrible experience at NJ Nail Spa. I came in hoping for a relaxing service, but it was anything but that. Kristy was extremely rude and unprofessional — from the moment I walked in, she acted like I was an inconvenience. She rushed through the service, didn’t listen to what I asked for, and had a bad attitude the entire time. I left feeling stressed and disappointed, not pampered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money — stay far away!
