I had a terrible experience at NJ Nail Spa. I came in hoping for a relaxing service, but it was anything but that. Kristy was extremely rude and unprofessional — from the moment I walked in, she acted like I was an inconvenience. She rushed through the service, didn’t listen to what I asked for, and had a bad attitude the entire time. I left feeling stressed and disappointed, not pampered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money — stay far away!
I went there for the first time yesterday and Kristy helped me out but she was the rudest most condescending person I’ve ever met and she did the exact opposite of what I asked for and I am not happy with my nails at all I would never come back ever again
