I have worked with Jim for my entire Real Estate career. There hasn’t been a client that I have sent him that he hasn’t been able to get to the closing table. Even during Covid when restrictions changed, he was able to advocate for my clients and within a day or two disputed items on their credit report which increased their score so that they could move forward on a purchase of a new home.
