I brought both of my daughters to get their nails done with Suzy and Ivy and both of them did not have patience to work with young children. (13 and 10) My daughter wanted a different shape and Suzy refused to change the shape and told her don't cry about it. Ivy had no patience and told my daughter to stop moving. She has gel and applied acrylic and I told her not to use it to use gel but insisted on using acrylic and said she has acrylic and she doesn't!! I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year and a half now and I’ve always left more than happy. Last Tuesday I came in and got a spa pedicure from Ana (who I get my toes done by every time) and requested black gel polish for my toes to match my nails. Unfortunately, when I got home and was in the sun, I realized that the color on my toes was in fact, a navy blue instead of black.
