1.She doesn’t answer the phone 2. I asked to speak to the owner because she was trying to charge me for not canceling when she never helped me to cancel or explained 3. There’s another manager she didn’t let me speak to them. She got mad when I asked for their number and hung up when I asked for her name. I tried to negotiate with her and she didn’t help me. They would rather your balance go to collections and hurt your credit score. Also her English is not the best and I feel like she doesn’t understand me most of the time.... read more
Gym weights ok. Front desk lady rude. They won’t let you cancel without a $ penalty. We canceled our card to move out of country next month and they put us under collections and ruined our credit. We tried calling but they don’t answer
Great gym has everything I need.
More bad reviews than good only good thing I see is it’s 24 I pass back to la fitness for me
