He addresses patient health concerns with his dental assistant in his office by keeping his dental office clean, ensuring that patients wear the provided safety glasses while in his dental chair, and making sure they are comfortable.
Lack of Transparency and Unauthorized Billing: I underwent a procedure at Dr. Gelman's office that was performed without prior authorization from my insurance company. They were authorized for one procedure, but did something totally unauthorized not once, but twice. As a result, I was billed for services my ins. only covers for 3 yrs.
