Everyone was great! From the first phone call to make the appointment to the assistant who walked me back to the waiting area when I was finished with my procedure. The staff was very patient with me, which I appreciated. Sadly, the out-of-pocket cost to complete some of the much-needed treatments they recommended is not easily within reach.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob and his team. From the moment I walked in, the office staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Jacob has a fantastic bedside manner—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
