A technician didn't show up for the first appointment and they apologized profusely, offered a discount, and rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, they called to reschedule it to later in the day and then didn't show up a second time. I'll be using a more reliable company in future.
Micheal was great! Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
Great personality even though he was a little hard to under at times. Spoke about the work he was about to do and why I needed certain things example spit remover. Helped me with my response to any details I needed to answer on my phone. Great guy!!!!
