I have used Cody from NRES for multiple properties and for both sales and leasing of commercial properties. Cody has exceeded my expectations for both leasing and sales by bringing qualified tenants / buyers to look at these properties. Cody has an extensive network that results in quick closings, and he does it with a low pressure approach that makes the transactions stress free. I’ve used other brokers on the past but will be dealing with Cody exclusively moving forward.
