Nizhoni Health did not inform us during the intake process that animals (ESA, pets, and service dogs) are "not allowed" to be around when nurses are over. We did not find this out until a nurse from Nizhoni Health arrived at our home for the admissions process and told us that if we had cats or dogs that they could not be in the area during the appointment.
