Absolutely disgraceful. I used to be a regular here, but my recent experience was beyond unacceptable — it was dangerous. A new older staff member cut the back of my neck with clippers so aggressively that I was left bruised and had to seek medical attention. This wasn’t a mistake — it felt deliberate, and the attitude afterward was just as careless. This place has clearly gone downhill and is no longer safe.
