I was referred by another plumber that said that these guys were honest and knowledgable. I spoke with Justin and they bent over backwards to get me help. I highly recommend.
Morning New Year’s Eve my heater stopped working. Called Nixon Heating spoke to Wendy she is very nice and helpful, explained my heater stopped working and it’s my only source of heat. She told me she will fit me in the schedule. Javier technician came out and fixed the problem, he was courteous and respectful and explained everything he was doing, not to mention the price was very reasonable.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!WOW This place is THE WORST!!!!!!! Go anywere else. I tried to call for pricing on 7 mini splits and the woman on the call was so abrasive its like they dont want the business.. to top it off this company was referred to me from a large company in the area
Would give a ZERO if I could. One star is way too generous! Must agree with many on poor customer service. Receptionist-office manager not being knowledgeable, lack of communication. Expected tech at 8 am. Up early, dogs secured, garage open, swept, easy access to system. By 8:30 and no one shows, I call. Mind you, I was NOT called! Was told next in line.
