I've only been there twice, but I have absolutely no complaints. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and quite skilled. He explained my problems thoroughly and answered every question I had.

The receptionist is completely rude! She cussed at me and ridiculed me while I was trying to make an appointment. she was not helpful at all. I told her that it was an emergency situation and she said, "not to be an ass, but you did wait for 4 days before making an appointment". just because this is the only dentist that takes my type of insurance doesn't mean she gets to badger me and talk down to me. when I asked her what her name was to make a complaint she refused to tell me her name. I love this guy! I've been going to him since I was a kid (about 15 years). I had some serious problems with my teeth, and he was able to help me get them straightened out. Now, as an adult, lots of people ask me if I had braces; and I just say, "No, I've had a really awesome dentist." He has a nice demeanor with children and adults. He's well-read and keeps up on current events; so, you can discuss pretty much anything with him.
