I have never known a company so willing to communicate and willing to help out. Nixeus does not even have voicemail during the day (or maybe night) and out of about 5 or 6 calls I reached a voice every single time. This too is extremely rare. They back their products up and have pride doing so person to person. No matter the issue that you may have with one of their products, they will bend over backwards to resolve anything.
