I went in for a simple trim for my below shoulder-length hair, thinking it would be $35 as per the website. My trim was done with a razor after she flat ironed it without any heat protectant to even out the hair. My hair was not wetted and the ends are now uneven and half of it is still not trimmed. In addition, the back of my head is not completely straight from the flat iron. When my appointment was done, I was told the cost was $50. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

I am new to the area and I have been trying to find a good nail salon. I did some research and I had my first appointment with Lourdes for my nails. She was absolutely amazing she took her time to review all my concerns and told me what she was doing each step of the way. I have finally found my new place and so excited . Thank you for a wonderful experience.
