Do not use this company for any reason. It was literally the biggest mistake of my life. They don't make payments on time (and use excuses) and destroy your credit. LITERALLY WORST MISTAKE! I would give zero stars, but sadly that's not an option.

Horrible communication skills. They don’t answer office phone. Don’t answer text messages. We wasted 2 weeks to find out later that the house was rented. We only found out that the house was rented because we saw it on the website. Failure to tell us anything about the application process. I don’t recommend this company if you are renting it buying.

They called me about a house I was interested in and I missed the call. I call back 8 mins later and no response, which is fine. I called the next day, no response. I emailed as well. Turns out the house is taken but they weren’t courteous to tell me or anything.

I have worked with these guys multiple times over the years and I have had nothing but great experiences each time. If you are looking to buy, sell or rent a home- I wouldn't hesitate a second to give Nix Real Estate a shot!
