Today was my first and last time visiting this location. Earlier on today, I went in to load some money onto my debit card. The lady had initially told me that it was going to cost me $1 to load funds onto the card however, after she completed the transaction, she had charged me $3.95. When I returned home, I tried to pay a bill and it would not accept my card due to an insufficient amount of funds. I sent my family into this location many times for yrs, the people that was there before use to be more helpful & had patients. These new employees don't hve the patients & are RUDE already exspecially the black employees and they hve nt been there long. Why hirer employee's that dont hve the proper Customer Service skills for a well know company. Remember if it was'nt for the Customers it would be No Nix's Check Cashing.....Slauson and West Blvd location if Not the business No More....
