I met with the RN who admitted my 77 year old mother to service on Saturday 9/24/2016. My mother and I sat with him to discuss her abilities and limitations. He assured me an aide would be there on Monday 9/26/2016 at 2pm to assist her with a shower and clothing change. Further he prepared my mother that her phone would start ringing Monday morning because other modalities (PT, OT, Nursing) would be contacting her to make appointments to come out that same day.
