At 1st, I was impressed with the service. Prompt and professional. My washing machine was repaired in Feb. Same issue now in July. 119.00 service charge ain't happening. Highly disappointed. Making money isn't everything. Sometimes you have to take a hit for a repeat client. Take it from someone whose been in business successfully since 1988.
