Beware of this company. This company sent out two employees to swap out a window at my house. One of the two workers who came out stole my wife’s wedding ring. She inadvertently left her ring in the garage where she was working out prior to their arrival and when she went on retrieve it upon the workers leaving it was gone!! The “CEO and President,” Greg Spears, was on Facebook continually bullying and harassing someone who didn’t share his political opinion. I couldn’t imagine being a customer here with a differing belief. I have plenty of screenshots. What an unprofessional, tasteless internet bully. Very embarrassing. I’ve been working with Nix and Cora as warranty rep for a builder. Cora is my usual go to for the fact that she gets the job done in a timely fashion. With a positive attitude! I will continue to work with her and the staff, for the customer service and transactions are a breeze.
