I was so displeased with the sales rap. He had no clear answers on when I was gonna be receiving my doors. Or Hardware for the doors father .He gave me no assurance when they were coming. I had to tell his manager on him twice. And nothing was done about it, it only got worse. He wouldn't return my calls. I had to call him 4 times in order for him to answer. The door is fine. I just have some serious questions about the customer service. I walked in off the street and told the salesman what I wanted and everything seemed fine until I got home with the door and properly looked it over. I realized I was missing a bunch of stuff. When I called to ask about it. I was told it was my fault. I should have told them every little piece I wanted. Including the top and bottom of the door, the gaskets, the threshold, the hinges etc. I was able to quickly go back and get everything I needed.... read more
